The Royal League Trust (RLT) is a sovereign investment and endowment institution established by Sovereign Decree No. SD-2025-8C77741184, under the authority of Her Royal Highness Yumba Kamanda, Princess Regent.
RLT serves as the trust vehicle that holds assets, distributes loans, manages credit products, administers savings and investment accounts, and operates educational programs — including its flagship initiative, The Legacy School™.

Head Royal Financial Council
RLT is governed by the Royal Financial Council, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Princess Regent. All investment decisions and trust operations require the Regent's direct authorization.

RLT maintains rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. All trust participants, investment account holders, and educational program enrollees are subject to appropriate verification.
The Kissi Kingdom stands firmly against terrorism, financial crimes, money laundering, and all forms of illicit financial activity. All operations are recorded on an immutable blockchain ledger — every transaction is fully traceable from origin to destination.
Operational Phases
PHASE 1 — NON-DEPOSITORY OPERATIONS (ACTIVE)
Credit cards, personal/business/home/auto loans, and mandatory investment accounts. Investment accounts launch Q3 2026.
PHASE 2 — FULL SERVICES (TARGET: Q1 2028)
Savings accounts, full credit facilities, comprehensive investment services, and The Legacy School™ with integrated banking for students, families, and employees.
