Established 2022

Civil Securities Private Sector

Civil Securities Private Sector was established in 2022 to serve as the legal arm and private-sector enforcement body of the sovereign operations of the Royal House of Kissi. Operating at the intersection of sovereign law, international commerce, and private-sector governance, Civil Securities provides the legal infrastructure necessary to uphold the Kingdom's sovereign instruments, protect its interests, and ensure compliance with both domestic and international legal frameworks.

The organization works in close coordination with the Kissi Kingdom Sovereign Wealth Fund (KKSWF), providing legal oversight for the Fund's financial instruments, sovereign promissory notes, sovereign bonds, and banking relationships. Civil Securities is responsible for all sovereign legal communications, attorney opinion letters, and compliance documentation.

The Kissi Kingdom Sovereign Wealth Fund (KKSWF) is registered with the IRS under EIN 98-1929*** and classified as a sovereign entity. All financial instruments issued by the Fund are governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and applicable international law.
