The First Bank of Africa (FBA) is a sovereign humanitarian banking institution, originally established as a California entity and elevated to sovereign status by Sovereign Decree No. SD-2023-C4877711.
FBA operates under the sole membership of Her Royal Highness Yumba Kamanda, Princess Regent, and functions as a subaccount of the Kissi Kingdom Sovereign Wealth Fund (KKSWF).

FBA maintains a tiered KYC structure appropriate to its humanitarian mission. Humanitarian Civilians (Tier 1) require basic identification and an Anti-Crime Declaration. Standard banking customers (Tier 2) follow enhanced verification. All persons and entities interacting with KKSWF accounts are subject to appropriate verification based on their role and risk profile.
The Kissi Kingdom stands firmly against terrorism, financial crimes, money laundering, and all forms of illicit financial activity. All financial operations are recorded on an immutable blockchain ledger — every transaction is fully traceable. Our compliance framework aligns with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, FATF Recommendations, Santiago Principles, and OFAC/UN/EU/UK sanctions.
